You may wonder why Tanjung Tokong, Gurney and Pulau Tikus are always the places that enjoying marvelous property value compared to other places. The answer is the simple. They are actually located at the place where they have all the good value which is in-line with the concept of green dragon, white tiger, red phoenix and black turtle.
In front of the piece of land, there is a sea which means wealth as ‘water governs the wealth’. This is good red phoenix 好的明堂. At the back, there are hills 升旗山(Penang Hill) to act as their support which is an excellent black turtle. On top of that, the left hand side, there are hills 白云山which symbolize wonderful green dragon as the left hand side is taller than the right hand side. The right hand side is a piece of flat land with shops and houses. It is where the Georgetown is, the white tiger is shorter than the green dragon. Please refer to my book, “How to enhance your wealth with feng shui?” page 37 if you do not understand what I said.

If you require ‘water’ element, Pulau Tikus is good for you as ‘tikus’ is mouse and mouse is water element. The same concept is applied to Air Hitam, Sungai Pinang and Sungai Ara. Also, you should look for a house that faces the North, the direction of water.
If you require ‘plant’ element, Tanjung Bunga is good for you as ‘bunga’ is flower and flower is plant element. The same concept is applied to Farlim 发林 (develop the forest). Main door faces the East and South East are superb directions for you.
If you require ‘fire’ element, Jelutong 日落洞 is good for you as ‘日’ is Sun and Sun is fire element. The same goes for Relau which means furnace. Your main door should faces the South.
If you require ‘earth’ element, Batu Maung is great for you as ‘batu’ is stone and stone is earth element. Also, ‘Batu Maung’ sounds like ‘batu mahu’, need the earth! The same concept is applied to Batu Lanchang. It is advisable for you to look for houses that face the SW & NE.
If you require ‘gold’ element, Gold Coast and 白云山 are good for you. Houses that face the West and NW are excellent choice for you.

With this simple application concept of green dragon(left), white tiger(right), red phoenix(front) and black turtle(back). I believe Master Lee has taught us a good simple basic lesson when choosing a propety. At least basic front door facing we got it right, a good feng shui will follow. m I right Master?
One question here, Period 8 properties NW & SE looks more good right? but what about properties is sitting North facing South? Like what you mentioned on last article, most of the properties sitting North facing South will enjoy at least 50 years good fortune?

Houses that face the South are auspicious too but it has to quite close to the South i.e. close 180 degree.

If that is true, then should we follow the gua number favourable direction or?
Sam, that is the theory of 8 mansion but it is a theory with the concept of 'permanent'. I cannot totally agree with it as our Earth does not stop revolving.

From period 8, SE and Northwest is the direction we should look for. Does it mean area around Batu Maung will getting crowded and more ppl will move in that area as it is situated at the southeast?
