I am busy preparing for my feng shui seminars in Tesco Penang, Ipoh & Taiping and also my new website www.penangfengshui.com (which is not ready yet but you can have a look there). However, to answer to Khian Beng's question on whether July month is a better month compare to June. The answer is YES but not very auspicious either. This is because the month of July i.e. from 7 July 2008 to 6 Aug 2008 is the month full of earth. Earth (Stone) will block the smooth flow of water. The year of rat is the year of water. My advice is do not over-spend your money.

In terms of month are u viewing from lunar or is it the english calendar month?
We should view from lunar. For instance, the 1st day of the sixth month in lunar is 3 July 2008 in English Calendar. However in term of oriental astrology study, the next month it is only from 7 July 08. Thus, we are still in the bad month now.
